Raft Race Entry Form

Raft Race Saturday 12th July 2025

I (Named in application of the form) am aware of the risks of participating in the Tilford Village Fete Raft Race on Saturday 12^th July 2025.

I (and any participants on whose behalf I am signing this waiver) accept and assume all the risks which exist in the activities offered. I also confirm that I/we choose to participate being fully aware of these risks, and that my/our participation is voluntary.

I/we promise not to hold the Village Fete, the volunteer committee, owners of the event venue and event organisers liable or pursue legal action against them.

This waiver absolves the Village Fete, the volunteer committee, owners of the event venue and event organisers of any duty for injuries or illness sustained on the premises or event location before, during or after the activity.

I/we will do all in my/our power to obey volunteer event staff and all safety requirements, and I/we will seek clarification if necessary.

By signing this agreement, I/we agreed to hold the Village Fete the volunteer committee owners the event venue and Event organised completely harmless including financial responsibility for any injuries or illness sustained regardless of the cause or circumstances.

If the participant(s) is/are a child under 18, I agree that this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement is made on behalf of that/those minor(s) and that all the releases, waivers and promises contained in these conditions are binding on that/those minor participant(s). I also confirm that I have full authority as parent or legal guardian to agree to their participation in the activities and to bind them to this agreement.

I confirm that the participants (including any minor participants) will do all in their power to obey volunteer event staff and all safety requirements and will seek clarification if necessary.
